"Disappointing! Ordered a main mutton curry and the quantity was less than a side curry, obviously with very less pieces. Less flesh more bones. This is unacceptable! This place used to be soo good and I used to love the food they make. But now I don't understand what went wrong! I did call the restaurant right away, A person named Karthik answered, said he was the owner, he apologized and said would make up for it the next time instead of sending a new one on the same day!"

"Visited the Holyhead for a catch up with my friend and despite signs all over the pub saying I need to enter my reg into the tablet to avoid a parking fine, I didn’t do it. Therefore I got a parking fine, however I messaged the pub on Facebook and within two days the fine was cancelled! I wasn’t expecting this as it was totally my own fault but the manager was really helpful. The staff in the Holyhead are always really friendly and the food is always delicious."

"As a treat for me and my mum I booked a spa day with afternoon tea. The spa was fantastic as well as the treatment. However when we found the bar to have our afternoon tea, the tables were all full of plates and glasses and there didn’t seem to be enough staff on. When we eventually sat down in the snug, it was like sitting in a cave. No music or ambiance, so I played some music on my phone. We were served our tea and coffee quite promptly, but to food took some time, not a problem if you are waiting for freshly made sandwiches and cakes. Well it arrived. no introduction of what the sandwiches were, so had to guess. They were dry and the filling were not recognisable. The scones look like they had come out of packet from Aldi and the slices of stodgy cake were vile. I have been to many afternoon teas and this was by far the worst one. Will never eat here again!!"
