"Best on Phuket Island! If you're looking for a great meal and even better ambience, Bampot is the place to go. Food is modern English/European so you can get high quality meats... the pork chops are amazing. Personally I love the appetizers,: crunchy cauliflower, Scotch eggs, cucumber) Try new dishes of black crab tartare and rock shrimp scampi. Fisherman’s pie is great comfort food. Chocolate mousse was a revelation. Bampot has long been one of my favorite restaurants in Phuket, and it has now gotten even better. They recently did a renovation, and the outside area is now a fabulous bar for both before dinner drinks as well as after dinner cocktails. Great sound system and music curated by a top DJ. We stayed about three hours and met some interesting people at the bar. The service is perfect with experienced staff ready to help with any questions."
