"I recently had the misfortune of encountering incredibly poor customer service at a Dunkin’ Donuts location. The experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my feedback. The individual at the counter, who was supposed to represent the brand’s customer-friendly image, was, quite frankly, shockingly rude. Their tone was abrasive, and they seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. It was as if they had forgotten that the success of a business largely depends on its customers. My simple request for assistance was met with condescension and impatience. The rudeness was palpable and wholly uncalled for. This is not what anyone expects when visiting a place like Dunkin’ Donuts, which is supposed to offer a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and it’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of courtesy and respect. I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their staff training and management. No customer should ever have to endure such unpleasant treatment. "I never had such a terrible experience to order food from a restaurant. we order at approx. 10:28 pm from the app, wait at the closing point l 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1). the order seems at approx. 10:45-10:50 clock to be marked as complete without food in itself. we got our two burgers around 11:10 clock, without riding, after 40 minutes. I'm going back to ask the employee who was still there, and they told me they were back. finally I get the fries about approx. 11:25 o'clock, almost an hour after our original order. During this whole time, at least 20 other cars passed through the drive-thru were served. there was no possibility to contact the staff as no one was loading and the door was locked up to go to the window while someone got his food seemed too dangerous. the load was very, very obviously underoccupied, and I am very disappointed. to finish everything, I was served a regular cheeseburger instead of my ordered mcdouble, and we didn't get a ranch. Of course, the 1 hour waiting was the murderer, especially when we were in a hurry. here too I am very disappointed and consider really to avoid mcdonalds for the foreseeable future."
