"Toe beans makes absolutely fantastic work. I was three times since the pandemic, the personal is fantastic and incredibly helpful. the room is always kept clean and there is absolutely no smell even with the amount of cats there. the personal loves the animals really and it makes the difference during the adoption process. I urge people to go and show support for the caffe and help with the socialization of the cats. their work makes the difference."

"Staff were great, no complaints around customer service. However, this location is really disappointing. I am not sure as to why there isn't a regular Starbucks store located in Port Hope as it is a quickly growing city. I usually come to Starbucks to be able to work and this location is very awkward."

"The little engine that could! Stopped in for lunch yesterday and I was not disappointed. Delicious chicken soup and pork sandwich with a cup of well brewed coffee. Couldn’t resist grabbing one of the chocolate pastries on my way out. Friendly staff managing to maintain a welcoming atmosphere despite the current challenges. I will be back... often."
