"I have been working on Bourgoin Jallieu for 5 years and I have to say that in 5 years I have had the opportunity to visit a large number of restaurants throughout the city. With Pause Papille, I think I finally find my permanent drop point for my lunch breaks! The kitchen is 100 home and tasty, the fact that the kitchen is in the middle of the room is proof of it. The Portions are quite satisfying and for those who still have a small hollow after an Entré/Plat or plat/dessert formula, I recommend the gourmet tea in which you are finally offered real tea and not vulgar industrial bags. In short, I am totally conquered by this restaurant and its friendly and welcoming team. I'm not close to getting tired of it."

"Arrivés à 2 avec un enfant de 9 mois en poussette on attend 25 min pour avoir 2 boules de glaces et un Café Liégeois avec juste 2 boules de café sans boule de vanille comme marquée sur la carte ! A peine servis, le serveuse viens réclamer l’addition qui arrive plus vite que l'éclair ! "This restaurant was our first Michelin star and it was s great experience!We had the 7 courses dégustation for 70euros each and everything was absolutely fantastic, from the poultry mousse to the veal with new potatoes. The service was good and friendly (we did have 2 dirty wine glasses though) and we would go back in a heartbeat! I was only a bit sad when we got seated outside in an absolute gorgeous day because from the website, I thought that we could eat outside but it didn't change anything to the quality of this restaurant,i would highly recommend it."
