"Mein Bewertungstitel verrät schon viel,.. ich bin seit, ich denke Beginn der Strandung Gast hier, Stammgast wäre übertrieben, weil ich zu wenig Zeit habe.Der Chef in diesem Betrieb, Georg,.. bekannter als "Schoasi" schmeisst den Laden,.. top Getränke, immer das neueste am Start und vergisst keinen Klassiker,.. es kann soviel los sein wie es will,. hier bleibt das Personal relativ gechillt,...das Speisenangebot ist im Normalbetrieb relativ klein,. Snacks eben,. aber es gibt 2mal die Woche Grillerei und einmal die Woche (freitag) Muscheln,. die Grillerei ist Hammer,.. schon oft genug miterlebt und HAMMERGEIL,. die Muscheln müssen megageil sein,. leider noch keine Zeit gehbt es selber zu erleben,..ohne weiter drum rum zu reden,. Bartechnisch und Sympathitechnisch,. sicher die coolste "Bude" rund um den Traunsee,.."

"Muttertag, da muss man wissen, dass einiges geboten obwohl nur 38 Gäste. Dennoch nur eine Bedienung und wie es scheint ein Koch. Essen war Ok Tomatensuppe mit Garnelen, spur zu süß und ewig lange Wartezeit. Hauptgerichte Gefüllte Hühnerbrust mit einer Spur (!) Beilage und Pasta mit Meeresfrüchte.Bedienung nicht sonderlich interessiert und vor allem ...... warum legen Österreichische Gastronomen nicht eine Getränkeliste zur Speisekarte? Ich verstehe es nicht . Vielleicht hätten sie einen schönen Wein gehabt aber zu fragen war der Kellner zu ruppig. So bliebs beim Wasser.Schöner Platz aber uninspirierte Bedienung."

"It seemed like Orther Stub'n had everything going for it: a stunning location at the heart of an old castle, amazing views across the lake and a pleasant menu. That said, we realised we had made a mistake when we were only given the menus...15 minutes after being seated. Unfortunately there was nowhere else open nearby and we were hungry so we stayed nonetheless, hoping this was a blip. However, our order was taken late and our food (we just ordered main courses) came over an hour after we first arrived at the restaurant. The portion size was generous but we both noted that our meat (pork schnitzel and veal cutlet respectively) were tough and we were having to saw away to cut it. After paying and leaving, we decided to check our bill. It turned out that we had been charged for bread that we had noticed other tables receiving but had not received any ourselves. It was too late to go back and question this but this was a real sour ending to what had not been an excellent meal to start with. Will not be returning!"
