"The food was great and they made us feel like home quickly. The prices were okay. The had Plena and Salsa music.It felt good. Just a suggestion, warm up the quesitos a few Seconds in the microwave to eat them warm like they do it in PR."

"Early Sun afternoon I ordered food telephonically I perceived the person who answered the phone was new. As I had to repeat my very simple order of wings 4 times. When I went to pick my order up I made sure the person ringing me up read back my order b/c I wasn 't sure it would be correct. Like I figured, it was not. Instead of getting an apology from the female I suppose was the lead or manager I got an oh the person who took your order is new statement, which is fine, but a sorry before that would have been great too. Then after having to wait again for more wings I asked if I could have a condiment to go along with the wings. I was told I 'd be charged extra for a condiment even though I had been inconvinienced. Not sure what 's happened to GREAT customer service but I see why these kids have not mastered it, with leaders/I mean bosses like this. Guess I 'll stick with Chick Filet....."

"We stopped by for dinner . A great place for halal cuisine in Sachce area . New and clean interior, food comes out little slow but worth the wait . We ve ordered wraps , combo plate and falafels. I would recommend to improve beef skewers. Stuff are kind and hospitable. Overall experience is great . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"We come here on Wednesday nights for the BOGO pizza/flatbreads. Great way to feed our family at a reasonable price and it’s delicious too!"

"Delivery listed, but only door dash or similar. Not their fault but a $15 order comes out to $30-35 after fees. This is for a 1/4 mile distance. Delivery, door dash profit, driver fees, tip, miles, time of order, the color of your eyes, if you exist. Bythe time it?s done.. it always pick up, pay a much higher amount, etc. certainly not traditional delivery. I wish these would belisted as ?third party delivery only? so people can make an educated decision."

"Horrible horrible service…. Went through the drive thru sat there at the speaker no one would say a word. We pull up to the window and saw no one but a man trying to hide and then they just turn the lights out. This isn’t the first time I have had horrible service here. The least they could have done is told us they were closed or having issues but instead they hid very poor customer service. And top it off some many bad reviews on the store yet jack in box comments and says they will fix the issue nothing has been done."
