"Wonderful food and the service is incredible! We moved to Springfield in May and have been really bummed by the restaurant selection. Then, we discovered this gem. Seriously, the barbacoa tacos are to die for!!"

"My nephew picked this restaurant for lunch and we are so glad he did! I shared the Caprese half salad and fig and prosciutto pizza. The crust was more of a cracker crust. Everything was delicious. They have a nice selection of drinks you can't get other places too. Check them out. We ate outside and got to see Lincoln and Mary come in for a drink as well. Say hi to Michael. He was helpful and kind."

"We stopped on our way home and I fell in love! The sauce is a bit sweeter and we added green olives and hot Italian sausage. The combo was PERFECT! I’m not sure what olives they use but they added a perfect amount of salt and brine to the pizza. Seriously so GOOD! Our server was super sweet and attentive."

"My husband and I had lunch at Mekong today, He's going back for lunch meeting tomorrow and we're planning on going with friends for dinner on Friday! Yes, 3 times in one week! It's that good! Everything is so fresh. They have so many healthy options. And the price is right. Thier egg rolls! Their Crab Rangoon! Their service! The quality of the at food and hospitality at Mekong are far superior to everything else I've had in Springfield. This restaurant is owned and operated by a wonderful family who pride themselves on quality food and quality service. If you haven't gone yet you are missing out!"
