"I placed an order for $13 at 7.39 p.m. on Sep 2, 2023, at Taco Bell at 1605 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621. I arrived at 8 p.m., checked in with a middle aged lady, and waited. And waited, and waited for 40 minutes!!! At 8.10 p.m. I asked that lady about my order, and she said that I was second in line. I kept waiting, and many people came and left; I asked one of them when he placed his order, and he said at 8.53 14 minutes after me. That lady was totally incompetent, so I had to call the manager. He could not find the order so I had to show him my confirmation email. In short, a $13 order of two items took 1 hour to complete, and a couple of conversations.."

"My wife and I have been enjoying JJ's for about 5 years now. Every time one of us is in the area we coordinate a pick up. The garbage plate is a Rochester area culinary monster that has found its way into hearts and homes all over. Jose Joe's twist is the garbage plate burrito and it's amazing deep fried in a tortilla. You have to try this place, its incredible. Also portions are large which is one of my favorite aspects of any meal."
