"I have been here several times. But today afternoon was served by a rude lady shaking here head and stuff. Understand we are paying you to give us a good service. Dont behave like you are giving us free food. Not welcoming behaviour and the quality of food has dropped drastically with less meat on the bahn mi's I brought. If its one then its ok I can understand its a mistake or happened in error. But to have less quantity in all is terrible. Sorry not coming back again.Update after the replied.If you knew it was 39 degree Celsius how could you not turn the aircon switched-on for the well-being of the customers and the lady working in the front. And don't say small business blah blah, it costs customers petrol, road rego, time, car insurance. So every one has expenses to meet and then do the rest around it. So please before bringing excuses and your rude way of replying to customers be polite, humble, down to earth understand why the customer is complaining and rectify. I challenge you I am going to come again and this time order the normal and extra meat with receipt and then upload pictures for customers to see. "Nice restaurant to experience Vietnamese food. Very friendly staff and good variety of choices for drinks and food. Fresh and tasty food except for the oyster which was not very fresh and clean). The best dishes were fried eggplants and the savoury roasted quail which was perfectly cooked and balanced. The desert was very nice as well but of course was more of an Italian than Vietnamese. Nice experience in general. Next time i am planing to try other dishes"

"We have been going there since they opened, and they have only improved. This visit...our favorite mixed entree plate, followed by Pad Thai for me....very authentic, and my wife had Chicken Drunken Noodles one of many favorites. As usual greeted with smiles, served with smiles and eaten with smiles. Even the chefs give a wave goodbye. A very pleasurable experience....we love it.!"

"My family and I are pretty much here every Sunday! There's always a line up for one of the group tables (not bar seating) but the food and super friendly service always makes it worth it. It's always fun to see what's coming up on the train and seeing how many plates I can eat #personalchallenge. I love their Chicken and Avocado Ngiri and you must try the Sushi Cola! Other faves of mine are the Takoyaki, Aburi Salmon and Ika Tempura."
