"Past this place plenty of times came for lunch. They have many unique burgers, can build your own burgers salad. Plenty of fries to choose from including truffle fries. I got the bistro burger I wish the patty had more seasoning however everything that came on it including the sauce was DELICIOUS. I got truffle fries which are HEAVENLY along with that sauce . Ask for Brittany (hopefully that's how it's spelled) as your server. She was AMAZING making sure she got our order correct, sweet tea to go without asking, very attentive. She's great!The ambiance is very causal bad a they have tvs to watch sports, a bar, etc."

"They don't answer their phone. So, if you placed an online order and ever need to change or cancel it, you're out of luck. There is literally no other way to change or cancel an order at any Jersey Mike's location other than to call the location directly. I even called other JM locations nearby to see if they could do anything to help. Every single one picked up by the second ring, but told me the only thing I could do was to keep trying to reach this location. I never could get a hold of them after calling 7 times in the span of 2 hours during opening hours. They also don't pay attention to the pick up time that you choose when you order online. If you place your order at 4pm and want it ready at 6:30pm, count on it sitting on the counter ready to go for 2 hours before you get there. Enjoy your soggy mess."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called in a carry out order and when I went to pick up my food at the bar I was ignored and service was not provided to me. I waited 20 mins and then had to wave at the bartender for service even though she was right in front of me deliberately avoiding me. They made it clear that I wasn’t welcomed since I walked in the door, if you are black I would NOT recommend dining in. Although the food isn’t bad the service left a terrible taste in my month. I’m Disgusted! I’m 25 years old male, never left a review on a restaurant until now I’ve never felt racially profiled before until now. I feel obligated to broadcast how terrible I was treated. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOUR ARE BLACK CLEARLY WE AREN’T WELCOMED."

"If you hate your job that much then leave. Their customer service is so trash. Girl up front checking out is just extremely rude for no reason. And why is everyone moving so absurdly slow. I?ve been going to Willys for years so I understand a rush but they are moving like they do not care about their jobs at all. Every single person in their should has not a single ounce of decent customer service but girl at the check out takes the cake. Attitudes with everyone she spoke to, rude and acts as if you are an inconvenience to her. The food was barely hot to wait 20 minutes in a line with only two people in front of me and the get such bad service. Jalapeños old and so many stems in the cilantro and pico. The chicken was just gross, I don?t know what they did to it. Habanero salsa was brown, I have never seen that before and the chili ardobl was essentially water. On top of that the salsa bar was just nasty. The staff does not care and it reflects in the food quality and their service. You are better off going out your way to a decent location just so you don?t have deal with it. I will never be going back. I?ll definitely have to call corporate in the morning for this one."

The girl tonight tried tipping herself over $50 when I gave her an $100 bill for a $3.38 meal my change was $50 then tried to say I was lying about it and only gave her a $50. Why would I lie? That’s child’s play we’re grown and I literally see you almost every other night since I live down street and stop on my way home from my job . Smh thank you to the acting night shift manager for getting it right , I will not be back though."
