"We usually stick to one sushi place because we trust them. When Ichiban rolled into town with such great reviews, we decided to give it a try, and they deliver!! The price was just as expensive as our usual sushi place, but much much lower quality. The sauces tasted awful, and the sushi rice had an odd flavour to it. One piece of sushi I had to spit out because it contained unidentifiable chewy, sharp, and yet fatty substance. The sushi bought at the grocery store was higher quality. Well over 500 dkk and we threw at least half of it in the garbage. Will not return."

Not enough that the rice was cup, then the sushi was dry, the fish slatten and several of our sushi rolls came ice cold and was in the degree not newly prepared. Overall I expected more and went out with a feeling of having got sushi at quality with something you could expect at a Chinese buffet. In addition, the staff also worked unqualified, unsafe and did not give the customer the information that the customer needs. We probably don't come back"
