"They are very friendly BUT we had to wait sooo long to get the food...we didn't even have drinks while waiting so that should be improvedThe food was very good and prices were very acceptable, considering the near position to Basel and the higher prices there.We will come back and expect that they have either more waiters or less people to serve as it is always packed, which seems to mean that it is a good place to eat.Also if you take away, you get a 10% discount"

"My Greek husband liked the service and food so this is definitely an authentic Greek restaurant. We arrived on a busy Saturday lunch time and it was fully packed so we decided to return around 2pm when everyone were leaving. It was a brilliant idea since the kitchen and staff were not busy. We were attended fast. The waiter was pleasant talking about their specialty and restaurant. We were given free ouzo drink as starter and another free drink at the end of the meal. The food arrived fast. We ordered what was recommended by the waiter. I have attached the photos.In conclusion, the food was 5*, the service was 5*, location also is 5* very close to tram 8 and lots of free parking, pricewise 4* (44 euros for 2 mains, 2 drinks & 1 dessert its still expensive as per Germany standard although cheap in Basel standard) ambiance/decor was the only downside 1*. It didn't feel like a Greek restaurant more like a jungle. It was lacking the Greek trademark - the blue sea. I do appreciate the napkins with Greek - German language lesson"

"Ich war am Fr, den 17.02. zum ersten Mal auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten dort. Das Restaurant, welches sich mit ca. 10 Tischen in einem Keller befindet, bietet ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente.Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durchgehend herzlich bedient. Es ist nicht nur ein Job, es steckt viel Leidenschaft drin (! )Das Wohl des Gastes ist Ihnen tatsächlich wichtig, mit Beschwerden wird richtig umgegangen und dementsprechend sogar überraschend gehandelt (da meine Freundin mit Ihrem Hauptgang nicht ganz so zufrieden war.)Mein Essen hingegen, ich wählte ein 3 Gang Überraschungsmenü- war sehr, sehr lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mehr als nur gestimmt. Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht und bin mit einem Rundum glücklichen Gefühl nach Hause gegangen.Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.Ein großes großes Dankeschön."
