"Came in for the fish fry and wow! Excellent tempura-type beer batter cooked to perfection! Also ordered a cheeseburger that had the best flavor-beef at it's finest. The cheddar was robust and the garnishes fresh. All the help had smiles that went along with the excellent service. A daily early-bird special will have me coming back to try the rest of the menu-Cheers!"

"Both large and moderate at the same time. I have to give this place a mixed review. After I lived in the area for 6 years, my husband and I decided it was high time we tried the chalet. The atmosphere was nice in the restaurant, but we ate in the bar, which was nicely ordered. My husband ordered the early bird menu and got salmon. Although the food was fresh, it was extremely bland and the portion size of the salmon was tiny. I ordered the menu for Sharkys Sushi Bar and got Sashimi along with a California Roll and Boston Roll. It was FANTASTIC! The portions were huge and incredibly fresh and skillfully rolled. Service was great although my husband has his food way before I did (and I ordered something that does not require cooking!!! . I will definitely be back for the delicious and fresh sushi, but probably not try the restaurant food again, especially considering the prices that are some of the highest on the mountain."

"One more time, Cafe Pinoli hits it out of the park. Great food, great service. The restaurant was very busy, we didn’t have reservations this time and they handled everything with ease, even though they were obviously packed. Already made reservations for our next visit.
