"One of the best dinners I had. the ambiente of the restaurant is very modern, beautiful and pleasant to the eyes. the attentiveness and welcoming attitude of laurence makes eating itself great, but eating is definitiw for itself. I had the preset menu that included an appetizer, escape and dessert. each court stood on itself for various reasons and was extremely satisfying. koch laurence was also great to recommend drinks to go with the dressed that was the cherry top for an already great experience. definitiw will come back in view of the chance. I can only wish the best for chef laurence and her restaurant chez laurence, it deserves it."

"We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor while looking for a gluten free menu during a stay in Interlaken. We took the short trip out of town and up the mountain to find this gem. We sat outside on the deck overlooking the mountains, which was cozy and beautiful. The staff was fantastic, friendly and accommodating. The food was superb. Erica and Sammy provided a memorable evening for our family, and it was one of the most memorable meals we had during our entire three week European travel. If you are near Interlaken, this restaurant is not to be missed!"

"Having read reviews prior to our January 2012 trip we really wanted to go to this restaurant. WE were peering over its gate one afternoon (they were closed) when someone invited us in...... we met the owner and discovered this was his last week to be open because he was retiring. Too bad they were fully booked so we did not get to experience the place. I just wanted to let you know of this change in events. Not sure if anyone else is going to take it over ????"
