"Great service. I felt like I was eating a home-cooked breakfast! Thick sliced bacon with fluffy scrambled eggs. Sweet French toast. The cinnamon rolls were so soft. The biscuits and gravy weren’t your run of the mill biscuits and gravy. My kids loved the lucky charms donut! Definitely want to go back and try the burrito next time we’re in Fountain Hills!"

"Great little breakfast place hidden off the beaten path. The service is enthusiastic and fun, plus they have brunch beverages (mimosas, bloody Marys, and ones they've created). Gets busy after 9 but definitely worth it."

"Phil 's has been a staple presence in our community for many years and I 'm sorry I waited this long to review them. Phil, his daughter Alyssa and his son Johnny always seem to be there no matter whether I drop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their cooks and kitchen staff, servers and bar staff are well known faces to me. Phil 's has an extensive menu of some great comfort food favorites and many with their own twist . His breakfasts are huge, his burgers are massive, they have many East Coast favorites and several have a Southwest twist. The place is a tribute to everything Coca Cola as it dominates his decorating theme in the main dining area. This place is as close to the old-time diner as you 'll find. The positive exceptions are their many TVs in the bar dining area of their place or their frequent car shows and other events in the parking lot in the rear of the main restaurant. Food, drinks, servers, presentation and prices are all great! Give these guys a try for any meal, sports event or a great place to entertain your out of town guests or family. Thank you Phil and family for being a positive part of Fountain Hills for so many years!"
