"The burritos are what brought me and keep me coming, but don't think that is all that is wonderful! The quesadillas are the best in town. The Caribbean Fish tacos with homemade jerk sauce are out of this world. Even the chips and spicy salsa make my mouth water. Great job ECBF! Keep up the good work!"

"Last time, I placed an online order and got my burrito bowl within 15-20 min from ordering time. I like their APP, it's easy ... You can pick among many choices of meat like Pollo Asado, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, chicken, veggie for your Burrito Bowl and then you are ready to start picking your components, like white or brown rice, black or pinto beans, and some toppings like guacamole, salsa, chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, queso blanco, etc. You can then pick a side if you want...like chips, chips and guacamole, just plain guacamole, etc. The drink selection is also very good where you can get agua fresca, limeade, a soda fountain drink, a juice or just a plain water. The staff at the counter was ok, nothing wonderful, but pleasant."

"Collecting You two stars because I'm here and get it delivered before and it's good, but my recent experience today was terrible. Waited before the line for a few minutes because they were made of white rice. That's good, not a big deal. Then they started to do orders again because the white rice was done and had to fill out six online orders before they had to store customers. Okay, I get it, but now the time is added. Then my friend and I put our orders, but the person at the second station is completely gone, so we stand there for at least 5 minutes more, before they even come back and begins to fill the online orders. What did the other workers do? Not much but the person at the first station that did everything. Ultimately, this person on the second station gets through all orders, but is clear new and really fighting with the portion sizes, making a huge mess and badly winding burritos. I am not excited at this point to see how clumsy the Prep will be. After probably twenty minutes we'll be there and be in line. My friend tried to pay with a gift card, but there was a problem with the machine where there took the money from their card, but it did not show how paid on the register. Someone we suspect that the manager came (a kind of hard to believe there was a manager in service at that time when the line ran so bad) and uninterested confirmed that the card did not pass. My friend asked if there's something they couldn't do, the card didn't go through. My friend asked if there was a phone number she could call. The answer seemed very defensive, although the question was not aggressive. The manager didn't even give the phone number, said we had to call Chipotle customer service, but the gift card didn't go through. (Yes, we get the money back). We have a little annoyed at this point and just paid and left. But honestly, it shouldn't take so long and be so hard to get Chipotle!"
