"I can truly say this is the best Japanese Style restaurant in Fargo. We have been to every Japanese style restaurant in town several times and no other place is even close. They have two amazing sushi chef's that know what they are doing and they cut the fish fresh everyday. Osaka has a variety of eating experience's. The sushi bar is amazing the hibachi grill is so much fun and if you would like a quiet more intimate experience they have that as well."

"We went to the Fargo location for our anniversary supper after being recommended by our friends. We ordered 4 of the fresh oysters and the bang bang shrimp that were featured as appetizers along with two drinks that are their specials also. 15 minutes later we got our beverages and then almost 10 more minutes we got our shrimp that were just deep fried and aligned on a plate. then another 5 minutes go by and we get two of the four oysters on an ice bed. The oysters in the shell were the size of a 50 cent piece. Another 20 minutes went by and we started getting our entrees after two other parties came in After us. I ordered the 8 oz halibut with Dill Clam Chowder as the side. My wife ordered lobster tacos. I got my 8 oz Halibut which was a strip of cod that was 1 wide x 6 long. It had zero flavor and the texture was off. I just got back from a Halibut fishing trip in Alaska so I know what Halibut tastes and looks like. My wife told me not to say anything and we left leaving a low tip. We won 't waste our time at this place ever again. Might as well go find a Popeye 's instead!"

"Best local butcher shop in Fargo/Moorhead, they have a variety of meat including: beef, chicken, pork, turkey, venison and lamb and various fish and seafood in various different cuts and weights at great competitive prices. They also have a seasoning and spice selection that is great for cooking and grilling and a cheese selection of regular cheese and fancy cheese.I recommend it to everyone who is looking for quality meat that isn't the bland generic grocery store product in the meat isle."

"This family-run restaurant serves mostly fried food in a low-key atmosphere. I had the fish and plantain combination because the beans and rice choice on the menu was not available. I enjoyed the food, although it took longer to come that I had anticipated, but they were doing a brisk take-out business when I was there for lunch."

"The Toasted Frog was an awesome dining experience! Delicious food. Terrific service. Tasty drinks! My colleagues and I called ahead to make a reservation since there were six of us. I was told they couldn't take reservations for parties under eight. No big deal. But when we walked in, the hostess told us that they were expecting us. They had our table set and water glasses filled. Our server was a doll! You'll recognize her because she looks like Parker Posey and Ally Sheedy. Very cute and fun server. The menu had a variety of selections. We were disappointed that it didn't match the menu online but we found dishes anyway. Two of us got the wood fire pizza, which were delicious. Three of us got the walleye piccata. If you enjoy fish, this is the dish to get. It looked like a small dish but it was perfectly filling. Make sure you get the rice as a side dish. The other colleague got a hot sandwich, which was really tasty. For dessert we split the smores and the flourless chocolate cake. OMG!! Heaven!! If you're in Fargo, you need to try The Toasted Frog."

"Great tacos here. I was really in the mood for Tacos Al Pastor they didn't have. So I went out easy. Fortunately, my expectations were exceeded by the Chicken Tacos proposal. My girlfriend had a fish taco she said was excellent. I'd definitely go back."
