"After a day in Troyes, we were looking for a place for dinner. At first sight, The Hedonist looked closed, but this is due to the fact that the restaurant itself is currently open to customers only at lunch time (probably because of Corona) and sold to people who collect people. The owner let us in anyway and it was really worth it. Pizzas just the right size with a delicious garnish (not too much, not too little) and spicy. We were both absolutely delighted. Prices are slightly higher than usual in Germany, but this applies to all of France and is therefore not a criterion. Our recommendation: go there definitively, the way is worth it! Nach einem Tag in Troyes waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Lokal für ein Abendessen. Das L'Hedoniste sah auf den ersten Blick geschlossen aus, was aber daran liegt, dass man das Lokal selber aktuell (vermutlich wg. Corona) nur Mittags für Gäste offen hat und ansonsten an Abholer verkauft. Die Wirtin hat uns trotzdem eingelassen und es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Pizzen genau in der richtigen Größe mit leckerem Belag (nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig) und pikant gewürzt. Wir waren Beide total begeistert. Die Preise liegen leicht über dem aus Deutschland gewohnten Level, aber das gilt für ganz Frankreich und ist daher kein Kriterium. Unsere Empfehlung: Unbedingt hinfahren, der Weg lohnt sich!"
