"Le restaurant est situé au dessus d'un manège à chevaux... Mais c'est le seul point faible... pour un végan...Le buffet est varié et c'est une bonne cuisine conventionnelle, mais totalement VEGAN.La plupart des plats sont préparés à base de produits frais biologiques. J'ai craqué plusieurs fois pour la poêlée de seitan aux paprika et pomme de terres, sauce moutarde... C'est un moment agréable, la gentillesse d'Andréa, la propriétaire, est remarquable.On peut acheter sur place des produits végan frais, et des patisserires, ainsi que du seitan fait maison emballé sous vide... Pratique...J'y retourne régulièrement depuis plus de 10 ans !!!"

"The still relatively newly opened furniture centre Pforzheim with restaurant appears in all its glory when you leave the motorway exit Pforzheim Nord and follow the tactical sign. The furniture store itself is large and offers quite a lot and usually has very good offers and discounts, only the service hakt off and on (not the advice). The restaurant on the top floor is very well maintained at first glance. The size fits the urge to the main times. There is a window side that is naturally looking hot because you have a good view of the parking lot and much better in the area. In the menu it is to say that it is XXXL, although the furniture store does not appear under this name. But who exactly sees that the software comes in the whole house of XXXL. We've been here 4 times and unfortunately it's getting worse. At the beginning this wave of enthusiasm was transformed into a very flat water. The concept “as I have for unique customers who never come again” is now being lived there. At the first visit everything was best, food, staff etc. When I get the 4th. Visiting within half a year, something is wrong here. Staff: This is behavior motivated, some are polite and nice, our service was unfortunately in this job failed in place, she was more than unmotivated, could not have a sufficient answer in some questions I still come back. Then go to the menu: XXL Schnitzelmit Pommes, vegetarian lasagna (day recommendation) and as a children's menu Chicken Nuggets with pommes and drink and surprise. The lasagna was the best of the 3 dishes. It tasted a little fad and was also only lukewarm, although it should actually come out of the oven, but also does an too short set microwave! The part was okay. The XXL carving was definitely better and bigger. It was okay with the meat, it was totally fat. The part of Pommes was a joke that probably laughed at himself.... They were certainly not 20 Pommes, there were more on the child's part. You were a little silly. The children's menu shot the bird! The Chicken Nuggets were too long in the frit, were very dry inside and greasy and understandable that it did not taste our dwarf. The Pommes were not better than those of the Schnitzels and for drinking there was nothing at all. It must be said that you get a bonus book where food offers are interwoven for every month. We want to use this and contain food. Fruit drink and small backpack with color pencils ordered. After we almost had to flee for our child, we got the drink. When there was no surprise until the checkout (backpack) we asked the parents of course. As a plump and boring answer, there was the following sentence: “There is no one who asked more!” After a long time, we will be burned to the information. It came even better: “This is not a print error!” A print error known for at least 4 5 months since the bonus book was printed. In the question of an alternative as a gift, we were only with a “we are sad”. We are also sorry for the furniture store with the restaurant that was really extremely neglected, we never see again!"

"Zuallererst: Ich bin kein Veganer.Und trotzdem gehe ich gerne in der Sehnsuchtsküche beim Buffet essen.Das Essen lässt sich am treffendsten mit veganer Hausmannskost umschreiben.Ich persönlich finde es sehr lecker und bin öfter dort, es gibt auch einen großen veganen Stammtisch der dort regelmäßig stattfindet.Allerdings muss man sagen: Als "Anfänger" bzw um jemandem die vegane Küche näher zu bringen sind andere Lokationen eventuell besser geeignet. Als ich zum ersten mal dort war (völlig ohne Ahnung was auf mich zukommt) war ich nicht sehr begeistert, was sich inzwischen aber völlig gedreht hat.Das Ambiente:Die Sehnsuchtsküche ist direkt an einem Reitstall untergebracht, man hat von oben den direkten Blick in die Reithalle. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und gemütlich, passend zum Gesamtkonzept.Reitstall bedeutet auch (zumindest draußen und eigentlich nur im Sommer) entsprechender Geruch, sind halt nunmal Tiere, das kann man sich im Voraus schon denken.Die Bedienung ist freundlich, familiär und schnell. Das Konzept wird dort richtig gelebt.Das Essen (Buffet):Alles was angeboten wird ist frisch, selbst hergestellt und bio(!).Die Suppe variiert immer, war bisher immer lecker und gut gewürzt. Es gibt ein kleines Salatbuffet und verschiedene Hauptspeisen und Beilagen. Da sollte jeder etwas passendes finden. Ich persönlich finde den hausgemachten Seitan superlecker, dieses mal gab es auch gefüllte Paprika und viele verschiedene Beilagen.Das Dessert ist immer ähnlich, meist Pudding/Grießschaum in verschiedenen Variotonen und Schokokuchen/Brownies.Die Getränkeauswahl ist groß und zum Großteil soweit möglich ebenfalls bio, allerdings komplett alkoholfrei soweit ich mich erinnern kann.Preise (Buffet):Der Preis für das Buffet liegt bei 21 Euro (exkl. Getränke, diese haben aber sehr faire Preise). Wer von Anfang an weiß, dass er nicht mehrmals zum Buffet geht, kein Dessert oder Suppe braucht der kann zwischen Suppe, kleinem Teller, großen Teller und Dessert (jeweils einmalig) wählen und so sparen.Alles in allem für Veganer auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und auch für alle anderen einen Besuch wert."
