"Staff are friendly, helpful and provide efficient service. The interior design of the place could be much better: no comfortable armchairs; no blinds on the windows; poor acoustics which can lead to the place becoming very noisy; very uncomfortable chairs, even the fixed, cushioned bench along a back wall is very uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The place suffers from the usual type of people found, unfortunately, in most public spaces today, speaking loudly on mobile phones or watching videos on screens without using earphones (astonishing how so many people can be so rude and oblivious to their surroundings! . Avoiding busy times is a must to enjoy a coffee provided by the very pleasant staff."

"I called into the shop about an hour ago, Monday 11 September for a bag of chips. One of the ladies was about to ring in the sale when the other lady stopped her, saying they couldn 't sell me a bag of chips on its own, I 'd have to order something else too. She muttered something to the effect that it was 'because of the chippy up the road ', nodding her head in the vague direction of Crispy Cod and Jade Garden. Ive no idea what this meant but I 'm not going to be forced to buy food I don 't want. Wouldn 't mind but I 've used the business fairly regularly but not anymore. At the time of writing and to the best of my knowledge, this is the only local chippy with such a rule. Grasping does not even cover it, and if this is repeated hundreds of times a year, its all lost income. They are not a patch on the business they replaced, The Sunflower"

But somehow, I went on Google Maps looking for an Indian restaurant and found out Panchi Indian Restaurant in Earlestown 10 minutes away from my house. When I red the reviews, I was surprised, so I rang them and booked a table for 3. We were not disappointed, the food was awesome, the service was fantastic, and prices were reasonable.
