"Only 2 tables where being used. Every table that wasn 't used was dirty. I went to ask for paper towels and bleach and the 2 employees who where talking to themselves completely ignored that I was there, they finished speaking with each other and both left to the back. Mind you, no one else was up at the counter, but me. Plus, the place wasn 't busy at that moment. Finally the gentleman comes up, puts more food to cook and comes to me and asks me what I need, so I tell him, but he says he 'll have someone clean them. Alright, I wait. The lady comes to clean the table with a wash cloth and I could tell the wash cloth wasn 't clean because as she wipes the table there was a long piece of black hair on the cloth that was left on the table. She noticed and twisted the rag to pick it up. It took her a few tries and she did. Then she wiped the seats down and left. My daughter-in-law and I had the Frisco Melt, which they used so much butter on the bread that we just ate around it. Like always, the fries where perfect. My daughter had the Garlic Spread Double Steak Burger with no spread and she said it was 'alright '. However, she did eat everything from her plate. Plus her wife 's and her had cheese fries with their meal and they enjoyed it very much."

"It is sad to see how little by little the experience is deteriorating in terms of service... I always recommended it because I loved the food, but a month ago I went and after waiting more than 20 minutes in line to pick up my order I got home and it was not my order... so I came back and simply the young man who attended the orders decided ignorance. So I decided to go. And today I'm finally back after that bad time but I didn't even want to wait for my order, the customer service is just frustrating."

"This BBQ restaurant is a MUST-TRY! It was my first time here, and I can't stop thinking how good their barbeque is. The meat melted in my mouth and the sauce was perfection! Additionally, the staffs are so kind, and the place is an amazing stop to chill. I would definitely go back here!"

"Avoid this place at all costs. It is located inside the Plaza del Sol mall in the food court. We went there on Saturday 4/30. While the food I had was ok (patacones with meat), the terrible attitude by the two ladies at the counter just cannot balance the good food. These two ladies either woke up on the wrong side of the bed, or maybe they had a fight in the back, or are just simply unfriendly and unsuitable for customer service. They do not even acknowledge or greet you when you come up to the counter. Not even a smile, a ?good morning how can I help you?, nothing. Just a sour face, rude, almost bordering on nasty. If the owner of this place reads this, please look for better staff. And if these two ladies own the place, God help them."

"Went for lunch today . Was there less than 45 min after they opened. Chicken was dry. Cilantro garlic sauce was frozen and the fried yuca was stale and cold. I was on my lunch break and already had spent to much time on the line so I had to eat and run. It wasn't a good experience. I won't be back to this particular location."
