"I had a lunch with my family in this very good self-service restaurant probably the best veg friendly restaurant in lorient! . the staff is very friendly and helpful and served only bio and seasonal feeds that the restaurant belongs to the bio-shop biocoop les 7 épis. the lunch was simple, but very tasty. I had a delicious sweet and acidic couscous with quinoa instead of smolina with winter vegetables such as butternut cheese and dried apricoses. the dishes change every day the menu on their website and are very good. there is always a vegetarian option, but on Tuesday and Thursday the vegetarian dish becomes vegan. a good opportunity to share a meal with their non- vegan friends family. very good value for money. we are coming back! updated from the previous review on 2017 02 23"

"We bought from here several pizzas and while I liked the extensive menu, the beautiful thin basic and the generous toppings, I found the pizza was missing from real taste. I had a vegetarian pizza and it just tasted nothing if something quite watery. but my two children liked their simpler pizzas so that everything was not lost. I would be willing to try again just to see if there were any improvements in view of the previous good reviews."
