A suggestion: fries are excellent, but of grace, rather than serving a boiled overcooked vegetable garden with meats, a single fresh vegetable is enough but in good cooking it is my only criticism."

My husband's on it, we're not going to do it! This one is very long at the command socket, I found the terrace bcp too small, I can hear the conversion of the table next! not enough brightness and tables are really too small to get comfortable. The next table is scary because a slug climbs on its seat! the latter tells him to the service that puts time to come back and my husband again decides to remove him so that the meal ends in a beautiful atmosphere! In short, it's a shame and the lack of warmth of the staff gets too felt, (especially the person in charge I believe) I allow myself a little remark on the dress of the service; serving on a terrace with a long sleeve beige tailor and trousers is not suitable for the atmosphere of the hotel and especially with terrace service."

"We had wanted to try the dishes created by chef Thomas Koebel for a long time, and the opportunity presented itself for our anniversary. We opted for the market menu, served from Wednesday to Friday lunchtime. We could imagine being entitled to the poor man 's menu but having already tested it in several Michelin-starred restaurants, this is absolutely not the case. Comfortably installed under the veranda in an intimate and cozy atmosphere, the room staff made a strong impression on us, with their discreet presence, their kindness, their professionalism, a service worthy of a superior range 2 or even 3 macaroons, all was just perfect, with an added touch of humor! As for this market menu, it was simply exceptional, tastes, flavors, textures, food/wine pairing, top-notch, not to mention the interludes which were particularly appreciated. For my part the best value for money of the few good tables I had the chance to sit at. Considering the service as a whole, there is no doubt that this first star is only the beginning of a great and beautiful adventure... Which I will have the greatest pleasure to follow... Freshly shucked by the pirate looking chef they were of outstanding quality. For main we continued with a combination of fish. Always a delight and an experience that always delivers.
