"Delicious Russian food and charming owners! On top of what I ordered (a generous plate of potato dumplings for $7), Natasha the chef and co owner of the place brought me a chickpea salad and a dessert on the house. Both owners are very friendly, and speak at least 5 languages between them. The interior is bare bones but clean and cozy, and the prices are very cheap given the quality of the food. Highly recommended if you're in Albany."

"Awful attitudes is the most friendly description for the entire staff in cafe capriccio. Despite the wonderful eating, our last two visited the last of them were raw. after several visits, especially two recent (note: not during the inner city of Albany week) we are so insulted by the contemplating and rude attitude of anyone from the bartender, host and especially server that we are done. we always type 30-35%, as we have family in the hospitality industry. our last server has never been able to thank them once! nice eating: no couth in cafe capriccio!"
