"So usually any meal you get here is better than the average pub meal BUT had to send the fish back as the batter was not crunchy had a weird consistancy for 'batter ' possibly the oil was not hot enough. The ribs came out...stone cold in the middle. Second time round, the fish was the same and the ribs were so dry and chewy they were unedible. Shape up guys this was really really bad for your usual good meals. The servers knew what was going on too as yes i complained but there was no end result to that before anyone asks did you tell them"
In pleasant weather you can even have something in the outdoor area.

"We went to Encore last night for our Anniversary. Food was terrible. Salad was limp, beetroot in huge chunks, in 1 salad was raw.. .. no chicken dishes, all red meat. Pork n Black Bean? Was bland and cold. Macaroni n cheese? Cold hard bread rolls! Pizza looked like it was leftovers from the day before! Hubby had prawns, which were nice he said. Definitely not impressed!"
