"First visit: Veranda. Horrible Service. Second visit: Lobby Lounge. Worst Service. No host hostess to assist the guest, waited so long standing in front of the host desk to get a table. Food was served cold, you can 't even see waiters per section. All of them was like lost in the woods. No F&B Manager Supervisor checking back on table to see if the guest are enjoying. Unreasonable price for the quality of food and its serving. Took time to serve the bill and return the validated parking ticket. its like a Carinderia with service charge. I visited a lot of hotels and restaurants locally and overseas, and these outlets deserves no star."
