"We had spotted this restaurant on trip advisor and thought that’s a bit different, a change from the usual ones. We were welcomed by the friendly owner and he talked us through the menu, our French isn’t great. Instead of a great big menu, there were only two starters, two mains and two desserts that change each day. Our meal was Cod fritters and a HOT!!spicy dip. Tuna in a creole sauce/ Chicken in a coconut milk and saffron sauce. Dessert was hot sliced pineapple in a delicious spiced sauce. Each course was delicious, loved the spices. Cannot wait to go back and try something else from the menu."

"They can not make it to bretagne and not try the famous galettes, in the ground a crépe with spellwheat, but very inventive what it can be filled. some like it thicker, some prefer it thin and crispy like me, although this doesn't seem...a lot popular of locas that consider the galettes as dry when prepared for this wise. Anyway, in béchérel, the city of books, the restaurant looks like a small book shop, very beautifully designed and decorated, really cozy! the menu is huge, with so many options of sweet and hearty galettes, very simple and also some sophisticated, at a fair price. I had honestly two, a hearty and sweeter, was full, but felt like a third out of pure greed! and with a side of the apple, of course, like a typical breton!"

"Bel accueil dans une grande salle avec buffet d'entrées et desserts. le menu est à 11,50 avec fromages et un quart de vin. Le buffet d'entrées est ordinaire et manque de crudités. Il fait plus de 30 degrés et juste du melon et tomates en crudités ce midi. Sinon de la charcuterie ou salades type piémontaise . Quatre choix de plats. Un buffet de desserts mais juste une salade de fruits ce midi pour la fraîcheur sinon c'est mousse chocolat, fromage blanc, compote ou crème brûlée. bref, ces deux buffets manquent d'adaptation à la température ambiante. Le café est à 1 euro. Ce midi c'était bruyant avec un grand groupe de personnes âgées.Le cadre est très agréable et verdoyant avec de beaux arbres et un beau parc qui entourent le restaurant en pierres."

"After a walk around the square we came across this picturesque little caffe. the lady who served us was very nice. when we explained that we had dogs with us, we were still welcome to the load. we had coffee and tee with a few slices of lemon cake. all were too high standard and absolutely delicious. the tee is served in a real teekanne and comes with s timer to get the brew right. the first time I saw this in France. if time permits are returned."
