"This was my 2nd time eating here.. Sirloin was very tender and tasty. I believe it was a tad undercooked but there is a fine line between the two, (medium-rare and ordered Medium) but very edible and delicious. Rolls were delicious, of course. Waitress was very kind, helpful, and attentive. Will definitely go again."

"What a funny surprise in Oklahoma! Cajun Essen is my favorite I'm a little snob, so I was impressed that it was lawfully good. The alligator was a good starter choice. Our party tried the shrimps, redfish with etoufee chicken strips. We were all very happy. The waiter was great. The only drawback was the super long waiting lack of area to wait for so many people. Testament how popular the food is. In any case, would go back there!"

"The food was great, went there for Valentines, 1.5 hr from home. Got all you can eat catfish Arrived at 8:00 pm, good crowd, not full, and we were NOT given all you can eat ...served 4 filets, asked for 2 more ... server said she could only give us 3...should 've requested a refund! Poor service, felt cheated."

"The atmosphere is lively, but the seating still manages to feel a little private.I tried a salad/deconstructed- like guacamole, and enjoyed that very much with a little hot sauce and their salsa to accompany it. Speaking of *amazing salsa!!! Yes, I think at least that salsa might be authentic .Yep. Got chicken tacos, I think the chicken might actually be authentic and fresh... maybe not one of those pre packaged places. Very good flavor. It's a surprise to find that nowadays.All in all, fairly quick service, almost everyone is wearing a smile.Family friendly also.Down side? Although the food is better than most of your local Mexican places, they should make themselves stand out by plating and presenting their food differently.It would leave something to remember for everyone.(And a little paint touches for aesthetics).Best success Jalisco!!!"

"Recently re-opened with a new owner. I have zero complaints so far over the quality of food they serve, better than a lot of places in town that just 're-heat ' pre-made food. So happy to have another place to frequent here in town, hope they make it this time!"
