"It is what it is…..and it is excellent takeaway! My husband and I were walk-in customers. We were in the mood for fast-food takeaway, and that's what we got! We ordered scallops, flake, and chips. The $4.00 Minimum Chips was a really large order of french-fries which we shared. The flake was fantastic, and so were the scallops. The batter was beautiful, not greasy, and just a bit crunchy. Yum! We visited around 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday. There were no other customers when we arrived, but several came and went after picking up their orders while we were waiting. Apparently, the other customers had phoned-in their orders earlier. I hardly had time to sit and check Instagram posts before our food was ready. The cost of this meal for two was $30. Daylesford isn't really known for "cheap eats," but this takeaway restaurant is good value.I'll soon be ready to revisit Bolton's Takeaway!"

"So glad we found this place. Had an amazingly yummy lunch and good value for money. My only issue was the lack of railing on the stairs up to the bathroom which caused my elderly grandfather some issues. All in all a great feed!!"

"A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Daylesford. Situated on the main street it's in a great spot for a mini-break full of no-rush meandering. Each room in Frangos Frangos has its own theme and our room certainly impressed. The room was spotless, and not sure about you, but I always suss out the bathroom, ours had plenty of fluffy towels, a good variety of toiletries, and bathrobes. Woo! On our stay we received two complimentary drink vouchers, two complementary breakfasts, choice of morning paper and off street parking. Pretty generous. In Daylesford for some papering? There is an endota spa right behing the hotel. Convenient much?! Also within the hotel there's a cafe, bar and restaurant. Sitting under the beautiful vines in the outdoor courtyard you could be anywhere."

"Loved it! Highlight of our weekend. Must go!. Truly authentic italian restaurant. 3 of us tried the forbidden fruit dessert and loved it! My zuchinni and mushroom pasta was delicious. Impossible to stop eating the salami. Great experience; not just great food!!!"
