"We found the restaurant by chance and managed to get a table we learnt this is nearly impossible so I would book. The food is non fussy with large portions and VG value for money. Vincent and his colleague were very attentive and looked after...us very well. On leaving Vincent the owner gave us his card and said see you soon don’t forget to book just ring me which we did best advice as he turned about people away We don’t normally return for second visits so I would say this must be a good restaurant."

"I've heard about this place for many years from different family members but I've never been here myself so my sister decided to take Mom and I for lunch while I was visiting Switzerland. This is a gorgeous little private zoo with a flamingo colony, turtles and ducks and geese, on a beautiful piece of land, delightfully decorated and laid out to look just like a beach town in Florida. I ordered the beef tartar which was absolutely scrumptious, and also tried the veal liver which was also perfectly cooked and very yummy and so was my mother's horse steak. The ingredients are fresh and clean and beautifully presented, and our lovely server who was fantastic and friendly and efficient is a descendant of the founder and owner of the place. All in all, a fantastic experience and a restaurant I would highly recommend and will visit again on my next trip to Switzerland."
