"We had Lunch here today and it was amazing ! The fish and chips were delicious, so fresh and the batter on the cod so crunchy. The decor is retro but It gives you a feeling of nostalgia. The Owners and Waitress were very welcoming. We will definately be back. Thank You."

"If you live in Acton then this is the place to go for Fish N Chips. Run by brothers with really cool moustaches! Shams Fish Bar is what you can call a good ol' fish and chip shop. They have several kinds of fish, they also sell some battered sausages and lamb patties, but no battered chocolate bars! Service is excellent, and the servings are good portions! Price is hard to beat, and the quality is very good. If ever you are in the area and craving for traditional Fish n Chips, Shams Fish Bar is highly recommended!"

"Chips were soooo bad as you can see. No forks. No even napkins. Charged for the ketchup (yes I'm serious) over priced really. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is that the Batter was nice. Not recommended and definitely my first and last time."

"After the fish bar has been closed for two years, it has reopened as a battery Fry and led by a friendly couple. I admitted for a week contract for my son (which is past the taste test with flying colors). My husband and I returned on Friday to have fish chips. The fish was fresh and beautifully broken, the chips were tasty and the size of the trank was up. We'll be back next week. Great value and a great meal. I would highly recommend!!!"
