"First time sitting here to dine in and already not a good experience. Came here for dinner around 6.45pm. Just our table ordering food. I ordered Nasi Ayam Tat. My other family members ordered beef burgers. They got their burgers within 20 minutes, whereas my order was lost. After more than half an hour, I asked about my chicken rice and a staff told me they are preparing it. Then after 5 minutes, the staff came back and told me they just start to prepare the chicken rice. After more than half and hour and I realised they may not even put in my order. I just cancelled. I felt really disappointed with this kind of service. Maybe they don't need the business? So dissapointing!"
