"Love the hot subs here! I’ve been a regular for the past 30 years! Only down side is the neighborhood isn’t the best and I was pick pocketed the last time I was there waiting to pay. The Find My iPhone app showed they threw my cell phone in a dumpster at the dialysis center down the street. No getting that back"

"I would give 5 stars for the food and the generosity I have been shown in the past by the owner. However, I was disrespected during my Last dining experience. I was alone during Valentine’s Day weekend on Sunday, Spent over $100. However, my server was abrasive, and disrespectful. It is important for Service industry folks of higher caliber restaurants to respect all clientele. I noticed the larger party I was next to was treated much more kindly. I happen to be a member of the neighborhood board and have a long standing relationship with the community. I urge you to be considerate of language in customer interaction. You never know who you are serving. I have worked in many high profile, some Michelin star, restaurants in the Chicago area and the way I was spoken to would never be allowed amongst service staff. I love Mucci’s but feel like I cannot recommend a solo dining experience."
