"We ordered the falafel plate with an extra grilled eggplant as a side, and a couple of dim sims. The falafels were incredibly dry and didn't have much filling, due in part to being shaped like a mini burger rather than a ball. Besides a small tub of hummus, there was no other sauce to counteract the dryness. The salad was very enjoyable with a nice balsamic dressing. The rest of the falafel plate just felt like something that could be assembled from products found at the supermarket. The dim sims were different to what I've had from here in the past, they're now in a much thicker casing, but the mainly cabbage filling is still very enjoyable, but quite expensive at $2.50 each. I've had the chickn schnitzel souvlaki previously, and that was really good, great tangy mayo. So if I were in the area again, I would get that. I deducted a star for several other reasons: that even though we were dining in, our falafel plate came on a styrofoam tray, and there was just so much plastic packaging. We also felt like they kept trying to upsell us, I felt that they did that the previous time we were there as well. Also, when our food was ready, the lady just hollered from inside that it was ready. She isn't particularly friendly, but the two younger people there are really nice and friendly."

"DO NOT EAT HERE I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to...eat (especially at such a highly respected franchise). Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. While reading the menu i was rudely asked by the cashier if i'm ready to order several times, by this time i was ready to find another restaurant. I asked for the manager and he said he was the owner of the store. i told him thats no way to treat his customers and he said whatever i decided to order what my son wanted (chicken wrap) and left, once we returned home we saw that the wrap was made very poorly considering the price. The wrap itself was soggy and tasted absolutely appalling, i called and asked for the manager, once again i was speaking to the owner and i request a refund next time i go past. He rudely declined and hung up. I have contacted Nandos head office and they are investigating this issue. It was NOT a nice experience"

"Today my wife wanted an ice cream but the ice cream was slopy, the toilets are dirty cracked tiles floor dirty outside the bins are full and the paths and gardens looks like they have never been cleaned. Better go to mc donalds in moorabin...very clean there. Also at Chelsea there was no sugar another time no orange juice another time the time on the apple pies were different, they have gone down hill lately."

"Great relaxed atmosphere with high end cuisine. The menu changes seasonally, based around local produce, but always includes a duck special which changes daily. The owner hand picks and trains the staff, who all have a good passion and knowledge for food and service, and a good knowledge of the menu."

"Another wonderful afternoon spend outside with my son and lovely friends.. After a warm welcome by a friendly staff member, the menu followed swiftly together with glasses of water (which was refilled everytime our glass was empty). We enjoyed a glass of Riesling, hamhock croquettesm a must for every patron, and a super delicious beef carpaccio with smokey oyster sauce. This was followed by an eyefillet which was succulent and cooked to rare perfection accompanied with yummy shoe string fries. We ll be back."
