"I had the worst experience with this Wendy's. This is the second or third time I have tried to get a full sized salad here and they had none. Rather than offer me the option of 2 half size salads for the full size price, I was only offered the half size. After not being told my total and sitting in line for 15 minutes after ordering, I was not given dressing nor the correct toppings for my salad. The salad was very stale and we had to throw most of it out. I tried calling the restaurant directly and there was no answer. I called corporate and was told I would receive a call from the manager in the next few days. It has been a week, I have received no call from the manager, have called corporate twice today. I will not visit this Wendy's again and most likely will not visit Wendy's at all. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and will take my business elsewhere. If there were a negative star, I would have selected that. Was unable to post my comments without a rating"

"This establishment is great. I had not been to a checkers in 20 years (there are not any where I used to live). The bacon mother cruncher sandwich and funnel cake fries are sublime. Im not aware of any other fast food chains with fried onion strings available. Service is polite, and the orders are always accurate."

"Hit or miss. When they have things together everything runs smoothly and when they don't...it's bad. Unfortunately tonight they were understaffed, not taking orders other then kiosk or drive-thru. We watched them loose 6 families who wanted to pay cash because they wouldn't take their order at the register, and other customers because people who had been waiting 30 mins told them to run because it would be 20+ mins. Took us 35 mins to get ours tonight."
