"This is a GREAT place! We had dinner last night for four of us, Table 801 Check #40. Matt was our server. (although I see at the entrance, the name is William). First, Matt went beyond and beyond what a server can do. Very friendly, very courteous. Thanks Matt, great job! We had three alcoholic drinks; four dinners, one appetizer. (try the Skinny Margarita). Total without tip $96.00. No one had a single complaint; I had the Juans Burrito Chicken and it was loaded with tender chicken and wonderful taste; only a touch of Cilantro. The other meals were just as good. So many elections in Keene; I'm glad we chose this!"

"We've always loved Margaritas, but because we don't get to Keene, we haven't been there for over a year. We were so disappointed! The menu is very different! We ordered Juan's chicken Burritos and thought it was the a la carte burrito we had always ordered. It was wrapped like a take-out in paper/Foli! When we kidnapped them, they were cold! We told our waitress and she said she should be cold! It was a cold January night! We took her home to heat up and eat at a later time! Is there any change in ownership or management?"

"Mi Jalisco is always a pretty firm place to get good TexMex well. Always hot, fresh and a good value for money. Chips and salsa start your meal... The salsa is directly on the heat and always fresh, the queen has some zipper and the guava is tasty. Service depends on the server most are good some simply ok. Always feel comfortable eating here."

"I was just in a few moments ago and felt like I needed to tell someone about my experience. There was an extremely rude man in front of me who was actually swearing at the woman who cashed him out. I didn't hear the whole conversation, but what I understood was that he was unhappy it felt different from other chipotle restaurants he had visited. I would just like to say I admire how fast all the employees have learned their jobs considering this is a completely new restaurant location with all new staff. Small hiccups should be expected in the first few months, its how we learn and grow. I was honestly appalled by how rude he was to your employees but impressed with how they handled it. As soon as I left I realized I should have said something in person but I hope the employees who worked today see this message and know that there are people who understand the struggle of learning a new position. You are doing a great job! I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week."
