First off we had a cold meat selection of excellent quality and taste, served on a small wooden board with cheese and other tasty morsels. Later a scoop of creamy Mövenpick ice cream accompanied by an aromatic espresso, served in a shot glass. My daughter said her Coupe Denmark was the best she has ever tasted. "Really a diamond at the shore of the Walensee: stunning view on lake and mountains, private beach, superb dining, romantic/festive atmosphere outside beneath old trees and lots of history in the three dining rooms inside. All run by a very friendly family and excellent staff. We felt welcome from the very beginning and had a great stay and dinner."
