"Good food, comfortable atmosphere, service is decent. Staff is always very kind, but not particularly knowledgeable about food service. Several times I have had my appetizer, soup, and entree come out either at the same time, or within a few minutes of each other. This really annoys me. I don't pay to be crowded at the table while I eat one hot dish while another gets cold. Doesn't happen all the time, but several times it has. That being said, we love the food, and it is a great atmosphere!"

"Pretty good buns. Fresh and tasty....this coming from someone from NYC! The roast pork buns are pretty pricey at $2 each but for Albany (3 hrs from the city) it's not that bad, actually it's pretty darn good. The roast pork is sweet and saucy. The bun is perfectly baked and chewy. The coconut buns are freshly made too. We didn't get a chance to try the dim sum. Maybe next time we go up! Excited to learn that there is a Chinese bakery so up North. It's always nice to know where to get a good roast pork bun!!"

"I have dined here a few times with varying experiences, but after my most recent trip in April 2022, I won't be back. The food has gone from mediocre to terrible.They are clearly cutting costs and cutting corners. They need a Health Inspector to visit unannounced. Items which should be hot are tepid at best, and the white fish they subbed out for the salmon filets tasted gamey and spoiled. The salads and cold items are not chilled enough. The shrimp are not cleaned properly and are overcooked. The mussels were rubbery, the fried chicken was overcooked and caked in grease. The mei fun was underdone. The black intestinal tract was visible in all the shrimp and some still had bits of shell and legs attached. There was some breaded fried item which was completely mislabeled and it tasted like a fried ball of breadcrumbs, clearly intended as a low cost filler for patrons to choke down.Plus the price went up, again, and dinner pricing starts at 3 p.m.That's a bit ridiculous because there is always a lag in their putting out the dinner menu items. Cleanliness is becoming an issue with dirty plates, dirty silverware, chipped and cracked glasses, and even dirty seats and tables. The fact that I was sick afterward did not speak well for the total experience. I won't give them a return visit and will continue cooking more and more at home."
