"It was a Sunday and it was crowded but we were seated within 10 minutes.Lovely, attentive server, checked on us and refilled drinks.I ordered the Big Mouth Bites with fries. Sorry I don't have any photos...I devoured themfries were hot and tasty. Little burgers were just enough to satisfy the rubbing in my tummy.Parking: Adequate parking spaces for this time of evening.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of families dining out. I noticed some which included three generations.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, parking and ramp right out front."

"Service has gone downhill. We were acknowledged when we walked in the door, and then had to wait while they took care of online orders, that's all they care about. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, it was so chaotic and stressful, that we almost left. One of the salsas at the salsa bar didn't have anything to scoop it with..no spoon. When we got home, we realized that we didn't get the extra items that we had requested. Worst experience we've ever had at this place. Not sure if we'll ever go back to this location"

"Had the pick two with Caesar Salad and Mac Cheese Sandwich, added the cucumber salad for an up charge. Not as advertised? does this look like the pictures in advertisements or a $13 meal? Salad with wilted lettuce and flavor less chicken, only filled half way. Mac and cheese sandwich with little Mac and cheese and a half full bowl of cucumber salad swimming in way too much Italian dressing. Very disappointing."

"I love red lobster, but today wasn’t it’s day. I ordered shrimp scampi with noodles and some crispy Brussel sprouts. My food was drenched in butter/oil. It was so salty I could hardly eat it. I had to request a to-go box just to strain my noodles out of the pool of butter. 10/10 on the biscuits though, you can really mess those up. Oh yea, and with the brussel sprouts, they were pretty good but 75% of the bowl was just dried leaf like sprouts, I had a few nice good pieces but that’s about it."

"Here during the pandemic with a 13 person brautparty. after a terrible experience in the olive garden on the other side newk could take us all the soap soap we went. what a FANTASTIC employee! the girls at the front were so sweet and friendly, and the waiter offered the braut and the tantigam a free piece of cake. we all had a wonderful experience eating, and they let us move the tables together. then we bought a whole cake that the whole staff broke out to surprise the happy couple. they had no candles, but could find some and make it an unforgettable experience. they reimbursed the cake and donated it as a high-time gift to the braut and the tantigam. can not recommend this place enough, a great thank you to the manager and all the staff there!"
