"I ordered Chick-Fil-A delivery to my school as an incentive for my students to reach size. The delivery driver didn't deliver 2 shakes, and I called the restaurant to let them know we missed the shake. As soon as I hung up, I discovered that the delivery driver (probably accidentally) had spilled about 1/3 of a large coke into the bag of the food and had soaked most pommes. During further inspection, the nuggets were also out, and the shakes (which were released again) came into children's cups instead of regular small cups. I checked with one of my students working at Chick-Fil-A. I had the kids around the coke-filled pommes and called the location back. The woman who answered was very rude and told me that I could exchange all the food for a new order. I explained that the children have to come back to class so I could pick them up and eat them. She said there's nothing they could do, and then she said that she couldn't be sure that the delivery person was the one who spilled the coke....Please understand, I'm a high school teacher, so it needs A LOT to shock me. I was blown away from the sheer lack of condition in a customer service role, and the amount of susceptibility from this woman to worry that I must have spilled the coke myself. Could I be small and provide our video recordings of the food that was soaked before my retrieval? Probably. But it's not that deep. I just want others to know that management in this place is less than helpful and more than rude. I recommend any other Chick-Fil-A if you can avoid this place."

"Went through the drive Thur and ordered a flaming hot burrito combo and instead I got a regular beef burrito and nothing else. I ordered my wife a calupa and the cheesy Fiesta potatoes. The calupa was cold, and unwrapped and stale. The cheesy potatoes weren't fully cooked and they put the cheese in in cups and no sour cream at all. The only thing that was correct with my order was the drinks. Customer service is about taking care of the customers no matter what time it is or what number they are. This was absolutely a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. In fact I'd say do not stop at this location find a different location."

"Always very clean, the only reason I gave it a 4 for atmosphere is because they took over the old Whataburger and didn't change the inside much, so it looks and feels like a fast food chain. However, their food is definitely not like fast food. Always fresh and flavorful. I was surprised at how fresh their sushi was, only because I allowed my eyes to be my first impression (remember this is inside the old Whataburger). So good, so fresh, and so tasty.My favorite dish so far is their Hibachi chicken with fried rice ?, so much yummy chicken, and love the vegetables mixed with this dish... so much food, too ?"
