"On 11.08.2022, my wife, our son's mother-in-law and I visited the Dongh Minh in Eibelstadt on the so-called Ashes hill. Before you reach the entrance of the restaurant, you have to go through the beautiful beer garden well covered by huge parasols. In the hallway right the doors to the toilets, left the wardrobe with a depot for seat cushions for seating in the guest garden. The guest room is relatively large, to the right the counter and access to the kitchen; the decor itself simply, the Asian-style table groups with highly polished carved chair rests. a young Asian at the Tresen; we asked about our reserved table outside in the beer garden. Unfortunately, she did not understand a word German and had to quote the boss from the kitchen, who then very kindly left us the choice between two tables. A stack of menus was ready for us. The guest garden itself is very beautifully embedded between the building and the hedge, which as a view of noise protection towards the federal road tries to slightly alleviate the street noise. Unfortunately, noise is very disturbing in the evening during professional traffic. The offer is typical Asian and consists of a certain number of basic dishes, which then varies with a larger number of sauces or sauces. Supplements combinations give countless dishes. In addition, the offer is complemented by a diverse Sushi Menue range. On the website of the house is the map for study. We ordered 1x alcohol-free beer 0.5 ltr 3,80 €, 2x yeast wheat 0.5 ltr to 3,80 € each, 1x Lychee Schorle 0.4 ltr to 3,80 € and 1x guava juice 0.2 ltr for 2,60 €. After only a short waiting period, the drinks were well cooled to the table and there were also additional beer lids to protect the glass contents from the wasps. We ordered : 1x Bami Goreng to 12,90 €, 1x Fried noodles with crispy duck for 13,50 € and 1x crispy duck with sharp red curry sauce for 13,50 €. Apparently, the dishes are freshly prepared here. This could be concluded at least from the relatively long waiting period until we received the food. Tastefully all three dishes were good to very good. Only the red curry sauce declared as SCHARF was, after my taste, very spicy with subtle sharpness. In my crispy duck, I was not allowed to suspect that it was already prefabricated and once again put in the microwave at the consumption temperature and was grilled to a great extent. When studying the Asia Dongh Minh website, I noticed that the word fresh or fresh does not occur once in the texts! The boss served the guest group on his own; the lady at the vase apparently provided the drinks. The relatively large number of pickups for dishes TO GO was striking during our stay. Cleanliness: We found no reason for complaints. Conclusion: Average cost of nice boss of street noise disturbs the beer garden considerably revisit? Can, but does not have to be so fast again!
