"This a quiet but welcoming little restaurant in Cook Street Village. I can't fault them for catering to the local cliental. Making a superficial judgement of the other seniors around us, I suspect they weren't into strong flavours in their food. While everything on the menu was in the Greek style, I would describe the taste as ''Greekish''. I had the appetiser platter with Kalamata olives, homous (needed some garlic), tzatziki, pita (grilled and good), calamar (tiniest rings I've seen in a long time but OK), and very dry little meatballs pretending to be keftedakia. My spouse had the baked squid in tomato sauce special with rice and pita. The squid varied from tasty to chewy. (That can be a problem anywhere!). He described his meal as ''bland''. I was looking forward to trying the Santorino Black lager (on the menu) but they no longer carry it. They do have local craft beers (Phillips) so we had a Blue Buck and an Analogue 78. (We both prefer darker beers but the only option was chocolate porter which was a bit heavy for the walk back.) Depending on your tastes, this could be a very pleasant spot to stop for a quiet lunch. We prefer more flavour."
The premises on site are wheelchair accessible and can also be used with a wheelchair or physical disabilities, and there is no-charge WiFi. If the weather conditions are right, you can also eat outside.

"Blink and you'll miss it, but this place is great. The service is prompt, very friendly, and every time I come in here they make it clear they give a damn. Not just to me, to the other customers I see them serve as well. The food is good, I rather like their breakfast options. I also think they make a great mocha and hot chocolate. He warns you it's hot every time and it is HOT. I love it to-go, you can walk a ways and you'll still have a warm beverage by the end of your march. The shop is nice, couple levels, plenty of seating. Fairly quiet atmosphere. Lots of windows and light. But the standout is the service. Very nice welcoming people."

"I love using the Starbucks app to order my coffee in the morning as I'm leaving my home, I can just walk in a few minutes later, and just grab my coffee and turn around and leave!It makes me happy every time, they always get my custom white chocolate mocha order just right every time. Sweet."

"Update: Service has improved and the neighborhood continues to get more challenging to work in. Curbside, waited over 30 minutes for an order. Never received my food. Couldn't reach anyone at the after hours window and the door was locked (safety reasons, I get it) so I waited till the drive thru wasn't busy to inquire about my food. They had no idea and attempted to charge me a second time for my order. I had to show them my receipt (fair) and they quickly pumped out some food, but not before chastising me for using the drive through. The food I ended up with was also completely different than my order. Probably won't go back despite living down the street. 2 stars instead of one because I get that it is a rough area of town and a pretty demanding job because of that. This is also just a cathartic, hunger fueled rant because I am fully aware no one reads a review for McDonald's and nothing will come of it."

"After years I was drawn in here by my young son since he was so curious about the root bear in a frosty mug. That was a nice treat, but really, that's where it ends. The burgers and fries are as bland and dated...as the decor. Some serious modernization and menu upgrades are needed here!"
