"So off the grill is definitely different from what I remember. I don't know if they're renovating or what. What I could say is that the food is still good. Unfortunately it's like they do not want to offer customer service or seating it's more of like you pick up and you go. Also the hours are a little bit hard to remember there is a big gap in the middle of the day and also Saturday and Sunday are closed. I gave it three stars because it's not as convenient as it used to be you have to check in if they are open also seating is really limited."

"The service is ridiculous if you’re picking up an online order. I placed an order through the app, showed up 3 minutes before pick up time and ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. The pick up counter was just handing out orders to all the door dashers walking in and the assembly line staff saw me just standing there waiting and not once did anyone ask me for my order name. If a customer comes in it’s basic customer service to acknowledge them. Then when no more dashers were showing up they FINALLY asked me for my name and handed me an order and actually had the audacity to say they called my name when they NEVER DID. Regular customers should be a priority. TERRIBLE customer service"

"Sunday evening? supposed to close at 8 p.m. and place and order at 7:30 p.m. You do not answer the phone or take online orders. We come at 7:40 and they say to my wife, they take no orders. Disappoint. Hidden bay Ernesto?s is one of our favorites, this place not so much."
