"If I could do negative 5 stars I would. First of all the young new staff are ignorant, secondly we found a bone in my boyfriends meal, a chicken bone. Which actually ended up breaking his tooth, when we reached out about it, we got sent away due to them not having the piece of bone in their hands, but yet the dentist did, even sent them a report. What did they do? Offered a $100 gift card, as if were ever going back not only is that disgusting but so was their response to this all. Talk about taking responsibility for your faults. Clearly they just care about making money rather than their actual customers, if it weren’t for customers they wouldn’t even make money. I’ve worked with food and customer service my whole life and I know for a FACT that if this were to happen at any of my workplaces they would’ve done much more than that. I am pregnant to, and we got the same food order, so if I wouldve gotten the bone in my food that would’ve ended VERY BADLY for me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced all around. Instead of embarrassing themselves with offering us a gift card they should’ve done a full inspection and get insurance to cover the damages. Which the DENTIST recommended. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this food chain. Make sure to check your food when eating here, also don’t be afraid to ask them to wash their hands after using the bathroom, as I’ve had to do as well. Next stop is the health and food safety. We’ve even went to the extent of having a lawyer look over everything including their emails (which they screened for at least 2 weeks) and he was also just as DISGUSTED. try wok box instead!! They’re way cleaner, have better quality and quantity. Not to mention the staff is surperb!"

"This is the second time they have missed things in my order.I sent my boyfriend to get the food this time and forgot to tell him to check it (which I shouldn't have to). As this is the second time, i feel they are just ripping me off at this point. I paid for food that they are probably eating or just not even making and banking the money. I ordered 3 things how hard is it to make sure it's all there. I shouldn't have to drive back to the store to get what I paid for, wasn't worth driving back since it was a snow storm. One person didn't get to eat since their order was missing and I paid for it! For the second time! Nothing but issues with Edo wish I could give 0 stars. Thought I'd give them another chance and they blew it, lesson learned will never order from this company again"

"I have been going to Prairie Sushi for years. I must say that the costumer service was terrible when I first went to this restaurant, but within the last two years they really stepped up their game.I love their sushi I find they have the best quality of meat in town. I find this restaurant is for true sushi eater and not really for beginners or "non sushi options" why I say this is because their California rolls are nothing special, and the normal order is jumbo and you struggle to eat them due to the 3"-4"rolls, so if you do want to order this, please ask for the "mini rolls". Also their non sushi menu is not sooo "wow factor".Now let's talk about the good stuff!!! I highly recommend their sea food deluxe tempura platter or crab salad to start. So amazing!! Favourite roll would be the sweet & sour roll with Toro (tuna belly) on top!!! Omg I'm drooling just thinking about it!! The unugie (BBQ eel) is also mouth watering. Love this place and will always be a loyal costumer!!"
