"Every time we come on a weekend evening, they always have at least an hour wait, which was to be expected. The hostess was so kind to put her name down on the waitlist and stated if we wanted to leave, they would call us when our table was ready, which worked out great for what we had to do that evening. We went and ran errands. We were going to run afterwards and as soon as we drove up, they called us. as soon as we walked in, we were sat at our table. We enjoyed all of the food. I love coming here because the joy sauce is so yummy as well as the rolls. And we were really hungry so we ordered fried rice to start with which is always fresh and full of flavor. We ordered the ginger salad and the cucumber salad, which both were excellent and fresh. The little one got a miso soup with noodles in it because she was expecting a noodle bowl so the waitress was generous that she could eat. The Key West and the Philadelphia roll are my favorite and they were absolutely delicious. We definitely will be back.!"

"Our first time here and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options! For sure a sushi place. You will not find traditional meals like pepper steak or sesame chicken. Rolls were beautiful and flavorful!!! Service was exceptional. Only complaints are it was a bit on the chilly side and they need sound reducing decor... It is quite loud and everything echos. Overall I do recommend."

"My favorite sushi place in San Antonio. Service: Perla is the perfect example of a 5 ? service. Restaurant: Minimalist and cozy at the same time. Patio is very nice ? Food: I ordered the Agedashi Tofu (appetizer), Crispy Tuna Roll*, and Cheesecake Roll* (dessert) Espresso coffee. Everything was SUPERB! You can't go wrong with this restaurant. *Pictures below"

"We enjoyed the food here. We needed a quick bite and ended up here. I'm glad we did as we loved our dishes. We ordered Dan noodles, Lo Mein, Mongolian Beef, Kimchi and Chicken Wings. The chicken wings were phenomenal!! Lo Mein was also very good. Overall, I would recommend this place for friends and family."
