"We arrived 45 minutes before the closure: after we passed to the self, a table was assigned to us by the service woman (all chairs being mounted on the tables for the household). "1 star for presentation and 1 star for trade and exchange at the end of the meal on this bad experience. After a quiproquo, we expected a classic meal with a choice on the menu, finally we announced a buffet with will... a buffet with charm, why not?! With the exception of a buffet of almost 40€/pers. with an aperitif and a bottle of wine for 9 people despite the commercial gesture, there is only a bitter taste at the end of the meal! It turns out that the notion of will is finally summarized until the service dishes are empty ... When the buffet is half filled, it is problematic, especially for a table of 9 pers. While it was only 12:30... About the entrances... And some makis with salmon but the rice was missed (for an establishment signed the charm either we do rice to present well cooked makis or we do not serve them). For hot dishes... Leaves with very good snails but in very limited quantity... It was necessary to settle with a white steam fish without sauce, a chicken saucepan and a simple PdT/carrot gratin... We expect it to be more qualitative when arriving at this facility. A level dessert... nothing better, even observation... Broken desserts, such as apple compote or panna cotta... In the end, great disappointment... Unsurprising/interest cuisine and a much too salty supplement. I was able to exchange and explain my disappointment to staff members, but it did not mitigate this disappointment that I have already been able to have with foodtruck the charm by eating the famous bun burger or risotto seasoning with snails at the bistrot of the rooms... 3 charming establishments in 2 months, 3 disappointments... Has the charm become a brand too diverse and by the same scattered at the expense of the service sold?!"
