"You can always be sure to get a good pulp from these outlets, often even warm from the oven. Variants with seeds on the top are even better, although a little messy to eat. This exit is located in the underpass of the railway station Solothurn, so it is convenient to take a bite on the jump. "An einem Samstag zum Mittagessen.Anbei die Bewertung:  Lage:  Das Restaurant befindet an der Hauptstrasse in Derendingen. Eigene Parkplätze sind vorhanden aber nicht im Übermass.Ambiente:  Das Restaurant selber sieht auf von Aussen gepflegt aus. Eine typische Dorfwirtschaft, innen auch. Viele Stammgäste und ausgelassen, légère laut. Passend zum Lokal. Der Wirt ist im Lokal präsent und was absolut positiv aufgefallen ist, dass das Personal auch in Ruhe zu Mittagessen kann. Der Chef persönlich betreut währen dessen die Gäste und kocht auch noch selber. Essen:  Die Speisekarte bietet genug Auswahl und ist nicht überladen. Das bestellte Essen wird richtig, warm, und schön angerichtet serviert. Die Portionen grosszügig. Wir hatten die Empfehlung mit Entenbrust, die etwa 400g war und das Tages Menue mit paniertem Schnitzel Wiener Art und Salat. Das Fleisch war zart und mit zwei Schnitzel genug, die Pommes schön knusprig, der Salat nicht zu kalt und die Sauce dazu schön, die Entenbrust mehr wie genug und schön gebraten und noch saftig.Bestellung: 1x Entenbrust auf dem Grill mit Salat, 1x Schweineschnitzel mit Pommes Frites, 1x grüner Salat, 1x Bier 3dl, 1x Apfel Schorle 3dl, 1x Espresso – Total: CHF 56.00.Service:  Das Personal und der Chef sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich denke hier wird man kaum verhungern. Es wurde sogar die übrig gebliebene Portion Entenbrust vom Chef persönlich noch zum mitnehmen eingepackt – toll. Preis-Leistung:  Sehr gut.Fazit:  Sehr gut. Ein gutes Lokal mit einer guten Küche und zentral gelegen. Die Lautstärke ist dem Lokal sicherlich passend und man wird als Gast hier freundschaftlich behandelt. Absolut eine Empfehlung wert. Wer nicht unbedingt ein luxuriöses Restaurant sucht aber dafür gut essen möchte und gerne in Kontakt kommen möchte ohne mit Hunger raus zu gehen, sollte es probieren. Danke für die schöne Erfahrung."
