"Endlich hat es mal mit der Olive geklappt, ein regnerischer Freitag Abend im Februar und wir waren die einzigen Gäste in dem kleinen Lokal mit den vier Tischen, im Von Busch Hof in Freinsheim gelegen. Sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Speisekarte klein, aber alles was dort aufgezählt wurde klang sehr fein. Wir blieben den ganzen Abend über die einzigen Gäste. Die angepriesenen Muscheln, und auch die Entenbrust, waren aus. Wir entschieden uns also für Suppe, kurzgebratenes Rind und Salat. Dazu einen Wein aus der gut sortierten Karte. Das Essen war qualitativ in Ordnung, die Portionen überschaubar letztendlich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis aber nicht stimmig. Die Olive ist definitiv das etwas andere Lokal in Freinsheim, findet sicherlich seine Zielgruppe, mich persönlich hat es letztendlich nicht überzeugt. Bitte denkt bei einem Besuch an entsprechendes Bargeld, das Restaurant akzeptiert keinen bargeldlosen Zahlungsverkehr."
