"Went there a couple of times now (whenever I am in Passau that is). Have always been more than satisfied. Definetly the best italian restaurant in the Passau area. It's real high class italian cuisine for little money in a very relaxed atmosphere. Mind you,...there is no Pizza or such. They focus is on things you do not get in every other italian restaurant (though there is a couple of Pasta variations that every boy and girl will like so don't worry just go)."

Alle haben ein ECHTES Lächeln auf den Lippen und das überträgt sich natürlich auch auf die Gäste.Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam (aber nicht aufdringlich), kompetent und stets höflich. Es wird auf Etikette geachtet, jedoch -im Gegensatz zu fast allen gehobenen Restaurants- mit einer gewissen Lockerheit...Diese "Mischung" ist für uns einfach perfekt.Der Mix aus nordafrikanischer und mediterraner Küche mit ausgewählten Speisen ist in Passau einzigartig.Die Menüs sind ausgefallen, kreativ und treffen dennoch den Geschmack der breiten Masse.Gelegen in der kleinen, ruhigen "Lederer Gasse" auf der gegenüberliegenden Innseite (von der Stadt Passau aus gesehen).Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch einen Spaziergang von der Stadt entlang der Innpromende über die Innbrücke zu machen. Das Culinarium verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen (incl. großer Terasse und Balkon).Bei schönen, warmen Wetter empfiehlt es sich einen Tisch auf der Terasse zu reservieren.Hier hat man einen tollen, unverbauten Ausblick auf die Stadt Passau. Auch der Dom ist hier schön zu sehen.Wir waren nun schon öfter hier zum Essen und haben bis jetzt wirklich durchwegs Positives zu berichten.Dies war auch DER Grund warum wir nicht lange überlegen mussten hier im Culinarium unsere Hochzeit zu feiern.Bei der Erstellung des Menüs wurden wir super unterstützt und konnten uns in allen Belangen auf die Empfehlungen verlassen.ALLE Gäste waren einhellig vom Lokal, Essen, Atmosphäre und Personal begeistert."

"Wollen wir dem Lokal aber trotzdem nicht Unrecht tun: das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut, wenngleich sich die Qualität innerhalb der letzten gut 6-8 Monate minimal nach Süden bewegt. Die Portionen werden - hat man den Eindruck - kleiner, das Flair des Personals ist nicht das wie damals. Oft getrieben durch Tischreservierungen (ein essender Gast ist halt mehr wert als einer, der gerne nur noch ein Achterl nach dem Essen trinkt) wirkt das dem entspannten Ambiente entgegen. Die Parkplatzistuation war niemals gut :-) ist aber nicht durch's Lokal verschuldet :-) die Gegend ist Nobel, die Preise sind fair, die Speisen lassen kaum zu wünschen übrig. Früher eine Top Adresse und regelmäßig in unserem Kalender, heute eben nur noch "normal" gut."
